VISHAL AMBADKAR
CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
Vishal has over 20 years of experience in Logistics Industry, He is responsible for identifying, developing, testing and implementing growth plans throughout the supply chain, negotiating and contracting with vendors/service providers, and incorporating KPIs with the highest standards. Vishal graduated in 2003 from Savitribai Phule Pune University and has been involved in the business from ground level up assisting his uncle in the transportation business when the transport industry was largely unorganized. Although countless challenges lay before him, he persevered and in spite of them managed to lead the organization to further development. Vishal has a flair for Technology which inspires his teams to deliver results in Digital Transformation, Application Implementation, Business Analytics, and Process Automation. The latest Technology project is WMS (Wearhouse management System) which has received wide recognition and appreciation from our various clients within and outside India has been developed inhouse under his leadership.

CSO (Chief Strategy Officer)
Samit has over 27 years of rich blend of experience in accounting, operations, strategic and leadership talents gained from financial management experience in companies ranging from fortune 100 to startups. Proven ability to improve operations, impact business growth & maximize profits through achievements in finance management, cost control & reductions and productivity improvements. Applauded for resolving complex issues, establishing a process of cost transformation and managing Lean Projects. He has been associated with Diebold, Guala, Jabil Circuit and Syngenta in Leadership positions. Samit joined VTC group in December 2020. He is involved in designing business strategies and formulating implementation plans in business processes to drive success.
DEEPALI ROHRA
CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
Deepali has over 15 years of experience across the Finance function, which includes FP&A, Accounting & Controllership, Designing Financial Processes, Working Capital Management, Treasury & Fund Management, Auditing, and Statutory Compliances. A Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate from Mumbai University, she was associated with Deloitte, Syngenta, Finastra (D+H) at various Senior Management and Leadership positions. Deepali has joined VTC group in December 2020.
HARSHAL AMBADKAR
CMO (Chief Marketing Officer)
10 year of Experience in Operations & marketing with a demonstrated history of working in the logistics and supply chain industry. Skilled in Forecasting, Resource Management, Cost Reduction, Risk Analysis, and Supply Chain Operations. Strong operations professional with a Bachelor of Commerce – BCom focused in Business Administration and Management, General from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce.

VP – Operations
Turbosu brings in a rich experience of 14 years, having worked with reputed Organizations such as Sodexo, Treebo, Taj Group & TCS (Tata Consultancy Services). Experience in driving critical assignments across the career with proven success in ensuring optimum results. Turbosu has joined VTC in August 2022 and is responsible for the entire Business Operations.
YATIN BHOR
AVP – Operations
Yatin is a growth oriented individual with experience of over 15 years in Supply Chain Management, Distribution Management, Key Account Management & Client Servicing. A keen planner & implementer, with expertise in managing supply chain activities of products & services. Worked with companies like World courier India, Gati Ltd, Drive India Enterprises, Delhivery Ltd, Significant experience of delivering results in highly competitive environments with sound knowledge of critical business drivers in the industry. Possess excellent interpersonal, analytical & negotiation skills of utilizing a process-oriented approach towards accomplishment of cost, profit, service and organizational objectives.
